Why should I register my YOMO?
Registration helps us link the bike to its purchase details and supports the extended frame and fork warranty period when registered within 30 days.
What does registration change?
If you register within 30 days of purchase, the frame and fork warranty is extended from 3 years to lifetime for the original purchaser. The component warranty remains 1 year.
Can I register a bike bought from a YOMO dealer?
Yes. Have the retailer name, purchase date and proof of purchase available when completing the form.
Does registration transfer the warranty to a later owner?
No. The YOMO warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable to a later owner.
What if I cannot find the frame or serial number?
Use the location guide on this page first. If you are still unsure, contact the YOMO support team before submitting the form.
