Why choose YOMO

A children’s bike should feel like freedom. Not hard work.

We start with the rider, not a scaled-down adult bike. Every YOMO is shaped around smaller bodies, developing skills and the simple goal of making the ride feel easier, lighter and more natural.

A different starting point

Most kids’ bikes are made smaller. YOMO is designed differently.

Drag the slider to move between two ways of thinking. YOMO starts with the child’s proportions, strength and developing confidence, then works outwards from there.

The anatomy of confidence

Small details. A completely different ride.

Scroll through the YOMO design system. On desktop, the bike detail changes with each feature. On mobile, every feature keeps its own image and story.
01

Light where it should be. Strong where it matters.

YOMO frames use lightweight 6061-T6 alloy with carefully considered tube shaping. The goal is simple: remove unnecessary weight without treating strength and durability as an afterthought.

Easier to start, steer and lift
02

Low, forward and naturally in control.

Child-specific geometry places the rider in a stable, intuitive position. A low bottom bracket helps bring the centre of gravity down, while the overall riding position is designed around confidence and control.

More stability at the moments that matter
03

A narrower stance for smaller bodies.

Many children’s bikes ask smaller riders to pedal with an unnecessarily wide stance. YOMO works towards a narrower Q-factor and child-appropriate crank dimensions for more natural pedalling.

A more comfortable pedalling position
04

The cockpit is designed for smaller hands.

Grip size, handlebar width and control placement are considered for the intended rider, not borrowed blindly from adult-bike dimensions.

Easier reach and more natural control
05

Braking confidence starts at the lever.

Junior-specific brake levers are selected and adjusted so smaller hands can reach and operate them more comfortably. The exact braking system varies by model.

More confidence when slowing and stopping
06

Cleaner cables. Smarter steering protection.

Internal cable routing helps keep the bike clean and child-friendly, while YOMO’s steering-limiter approach is designed to reduce excessive handlebar rotation on applicable models.

A tidier, more considered riding experience
07

Built to roll smoothly and stay visible.

Premium rolling components, reflective detailing and tyres chosen for versatile everyday riding help create a bike that feels composed across the places children actually ride.

Smooth movement, dependable grip and added visibility
08

Adjust the fit as quickly as they grow.

Tool-free saddle-height adjustment, carefully chosen contact points and child-focused fit details make it easier to keep the bike working for a fast-growing rider.

What the rider actually feels

The point is not to collect specifications. It is to make starting, balancing, braking, pedalling and exploring feel more natural for a child.
