Ordering Time and Delivery:
- For next-working-day delivery, place your order before 3 pm. This applies to all orders within the mainland UK. Please note, delivery times may vary based on your specific location and unforeseen delays.
- When ordering accessories or parts along with your bike, they will arrive together on the next working day, provided the order is placed before 3 pm. Orders for accessories or parts placed separately will have varied delivery times.
Tracking and Missed Deliveries:
- You will receive a consignment number and a tracking link via email upon the dispatch of your order. This enables you to monitor the delivery status of your bike or large accessories/parts.
- In case of missed deliveries, our partner APC offers a safe space delivery option. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will reach out to you to arrange for re-delivery at an additional cost or discuss return options.
Delivery Locations and Costs:
- Our delivery network spans the mainland UK, ensuring prompt and secure delivery of your orders. Currently, we do not offer delivery services outside of this area.
- Enjoy free delivery for orders over £20 within mainland UK. A delivery charge of £4 applies to orders under £20.
