What often happensRiding feels harder than it shouldWhat YOMO is built forConfidence, more rides and lasting love

Light weight, child-specific fit and easy control help confidence grow into more rides and a lasting love of cycling.

Lightweight build
5.5 kg

Lightweight build

Easier for children to start, steer, lift and stop.

At 5.5 kg, YOMO 14 keeps the ride manageable so your child can focus on confidence, not fighting the bike.

Child-specific geometry
Forward fit

Child-specific geometry

Balanced handling for smaller bodies.

YOMO geometry is built around a child’s proportions, helping riders sit naturally, steer predictably and feel in control.

Scaled for children
Small-hand fit

Scaled for children

Controls and contact points matched to young riders.

From grips and levers to cockpit sizing, the details are chosen so the bike feels natural rather than oversized.

Narrow Q-factor
Efficient pedalling

Narrow Q-factor

A more natural pedalling position for smaller hips.

The child-specific crank setup supports smoother pedalling and avoids the wide, awkward stance common on many children’s bikes.

Controlled steering
130° headset

Controlled steering

Keeps steering predictable while learning.

The safety headset limits over-rotation, reducing sudden handlebar twists during early riding.

Compact chainguard
Clean and protected

Compact chainguard

Keeps the drivetrain safer without bulky plastic.

The slick compact chainguard helps protect little legs and clothing while keeping the bike looking premium.

Sealed bearing hubs
Smoother rolling

Sealed bearing hubs

Less drag, better durability and no sharp axle edges.

Sealed bearing hubs help the wheels roll smoothly and keep maintenance low, with child-friendly hardware details.

Child-specific saddle
Comfort matters

Child-specific saddle

Supportive shape for real rides.

The saddle is chosen for children’s proportions so longer rides stay comfortable and confidence lasts beyond the first few minutes.

Rust-resistant details
Built to last

Rust-resistant details

Small hardware choices that protect the bike over time.

Stainless spokes and rust-conscious hardware help the bike stay smarter for longer, especially through British weather.

The result? They want to ride again tomorrow.

A bike that feels light, natural and easy to control gives confidence room to grow.

What size child does this model suit?+

YOMO 14 is designed for riders aged approximately 3–5 years, with an inside leg of 41–53 cm and rider height of 95–115 cm. Age starts the search; inside leg confirms the fit.

How much assembly is needed?+

YOMO 14 arrives 99% assembled. Align the handlebar, fit the pedals, complete every safety check and follow the included setup guide before the first ride.

How do I set the saddle height?+

For a newer rider, start low enough to place the balls of both feet securely on the ground while seated. As confidence grows, raise the saddle so the leg keeps a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke, without exceeding the seatpost limit mark.

How do I adjust the brake lever position?+

Loosen the lever clamp bolt slightly, rotate the lever to a comfortable angle for the rider hand, retighten it securely and confirm both brakes engage fully before riding.

What if a brake rubs?+

Check that the wheel is seated correctly and the brake pads sit evenly beside the rim. Use the brake-arm spring-tension screws only as shown in the setup guide, then confirm the wheel spins freely and both brakes stop the bike securely.

How often should I service it?+

Check brakes, tyre pressure, chain condition, wheel security and bolt tightness regularly. Arrange a yearly safety check by a qualified bike mechanic for regular riders.

Where is the serial number?+

The serial number is stamped underneath the frame around the bottom-bracket area. Take a clear photo after purchase for registration, warranty and support.

What is the maximum rider weight?+

The maximum total load for this model is 40 kg, including the rider and anything they carry. Staying within it keeps the frame, wheels and components working as designed.

What tyre pressure should I use?+

Use the permitted pressure range printed on the tyre sidewall. For a lighter rider, start in the lower part of that range and adjust for grip and comfort. Never exceed the maximum shown on the tyre.

What happens when my child outgrows it?+

YOMO BikeTrade lets you trade in an eligible YOMO towards the next size. The calculator gives an estimate; final credit is confirmed after inspection and depends on age, condition and the current programme terms.

What is the warranty?+

YOMO bikes include a 3-year frame and fork warranty as standard. Eligible bikes registered within 30 days receive lifetime frame and fork cover for the original purchaser. Other components are covered for 1 year against manufacturing faults. Normal wear, crashes, misuse, poor maintenance, incorrect assembly, modifications, improper repairs and cosmetic marks from use are not covered.

Can I return it if it is not right?+

Unused bikes can be returned within 30 days in their original condition, packaging and with all accessories included. Contact YOMO before returning the bike; collection costs may apply to unwanted returns.
