LOW RIDER!

A low bottom bracket, now a standard feature on adult bikes, provides significant benefits for children as well. Lowering the centre of gravity, boosts stability and control, making it easier for children to balance and manoeuvre their bikes. This increased stability leads to greater confidence and safety during rides. The reduced overall height of the bike also makes it easier to get on and off. This feature is particularly helpful for young riders who are still mastering the basics of cycling.

Q-FACTOR

Sounds overly scientific hey, but it really isn’t - most children's bikes share the same Q-factor as adult bikes, resulting in a wide, uncomfortable leg stance. YOMO bikes offer a significantly reduced Q-factor more appropriate for children, promoting a comfy, ergonomic position that's gentle on hips and knees.

When Will My Bike Arrive?

Order before 3 pm for next working day delivery within mainland UK at YOMO. Delivery may vary based on location and unforeseen delays.

Accessories/Parts Delivery:

Ordered with your bike? They'll arrive together the next working day if ordered before 3 pm. Ordered separately? Delivery timeframe may vary.

Tracking Your Order:

Upon dispatch, we’ll email you a consignment number and tracking link for your bike or large accessory/part.

Missed Deliveries:

Our partner, APC, offers a safe space delivery option. After 2 failed attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (extra cost) or return.

Delivery Locations:

We deliver to the mainland UK, ensuring speedy and secure delivery. Currently, we don’t deliver outside this area.

Delivery Costs:

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £20 within mainland UK. For orders under £20, a £4 delivery charge applies.

Return/Warranty

Return Policy:

At YOMO, we assist you in finding the perfect bike. Please check our PERFECT SIZE FINDER before ordering. If unsure, contact our team for guidance. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused bikes in original condition and packaging. Contact us for collection or to resolve issues. Return shipping costs are covered by you.

Return Costs:

The cost of returning a bike is around £25-£30. Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage. Contact our team to arrange a pickup.

Misplaced Box:

If the box is lost, check with local bike shops for a replacement. Alternatively, we can send a new box and pick up the bike for £35-£45. Ensure proper packaging to protect the bike during transit.

The YOMO 20 comes mostly assembled. You'll need to rotate the handlebar, secure the stem bolts, and attach the pedals. Detailed assembly instructions are included with the bike to guide you step by step.

YOMO 20 has a maximum permissible total weight of 65 kg. This includes the bike, rider, and any luggage.

The shipping box weighs 12.4 kg and measures 135 cm x 20 cm x 87 cm (L x W x H).
