When will I receive my bike?

At YOMO, we strive to deliver your bike as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 3pm, we aim for next working day delivery within the mainland UK. Keep in mind that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and any potential unforeseen delays.

When should I receive my accessories/parts (e.g., helmets)?

If ordered together with your bike, we will do our best to fit the accessories/parts into the bike box, which should allow them to be delivered on the same next working day if ordered before 3pm. If the accessories are ordered separately, their delivery timeframe may vary.

How can I track my order?

When we despatch your bike or large accessory/part you will receive an email with the consignment number and a tracking link.

What if I am not at home to sign for my order?

Our delivery partner, APC, does offer a safe space option for deliveries. However, if delivery fails after 2 attempts, the package is usually taken back to the depot. At this point, it will be referred back to us, and we will decide whether to retry the delivery (at an extra cost) or return it back to us. You will be informed and consulted at every step of this process.

Where does YOMO deliver?

Currently, we provide delivery services to mainland UK. We’re focused on ensuring speedy and secure delivery within this area. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not deliver to locations outside of mainland UK. Stay tuned for updates on our service areas, as we are continuously exploring ways to expand our delivery locations to serve you better. What are the delivery costs for orders within mainland UK?

At YOMO, we are thrilled to provide free delivery on all orders over £20 within mainland UK. For accessory or parts orders that are under £20, a nominal delivery charge of £4 will be applied. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland, a delivery charge of £30 is applicable. Please note that these are the regions we are currently delivering to. What is YOMO Bike's return policy?

We want you to love your new YOMO bike! Please check our PERFECT SIZE FINDER before ordering. This helps ensure the perfect fit. If you're not sure, contact us – we're happy to help pick the right size and model.

At YOMO, we believe bikes benefit people and the planet. But returns waste materials and fuel from transport. So, we work hard to help customers choose the right YOMO bike upfront, avoiding returns when possible.

But we understand changes of heart happen. You can return any unused YOMO bike in its original condition with all packaging within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us to arrange collection or see if we can fix any issues first. Re-pack your bike carefully in the original boxes. You'll need to cover the return shipping cost.

What is the cost of returning the bikes?

The cost for us to pick up a bike for a return is around £25-£30. It’s crucial to ensure the bike is packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit. Kindly contact our customer service team in advance to arrange a pickup and ensure a smooth return process.

If I misplace the box, how much will it cost to send a new box for returning the bike?

If you lose the original box, we suggest first asking a local bike shop if they have a suitable box you can use. If you'd like us to send you a new box and then pick up the bike, the cost will be between £35 £45. Please Contact our customer service team to sort this out and avoid any issues with your return.

Note: It's really important to pack the bike well to keep it safe during its journey back to us. No matter which box you use, please follow our packing instructions, and use enough protection to keep the bike in good condition. The bike is your responsibility until it gets back to us safely.
