At YOMO Bikes, we want you to be excited with your new purchase — but we understand that things don’t always go to plan.
Whether your bike arrives damaged, develops a fault, isn’t quite right, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ll do our best to make the return process easy and straightforward.
  ➠ RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Here’s what we ask:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Please Contact Us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund. Please allow a few days for this to reflect in your account.
  ➠ RETURNING A DAMAGED ITEM
We take great care when packing your order, but sometimes damage can happen during transit.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately
- We’ll offer a solution you’re happy with
- In cases of minor cosmetic damage, we may offer a partial refund or discount if you'd prefer to keep the item
  ➠ RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM
If your bike or accessory arrives with a fault, or develops one during use:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable solution
- For minor faults, we can often send out replacement parts to fix the issue quickly
Note: Faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, crashing, poor maintenance, general wear and tear, or improper repairs are not covered as manufacturing faults.
  ➠ RETURN COSTS
- The cost of returning a bike is usually £25–£30
- Please ensure the bike is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit
- Contact us to arrange a collection through our courier
  ➠ WARRANTY
YOMO Bikes are built to last, and we back that up with a solid warranty:
- Lifetime warranty on frames and forks (for original owner)
- 1-year warranty on all other components, covering manufacturing faults
