LOW RIDER!

A low bottom bracket, now a standard feature on adult bikes, provides significant benefits for children as well. Lowering the centre of gravity, boosts stability and control, making it easier for children to balance and manoeuvre their bikes. This increased stability leads to greater confidence and safety during rides. The reduced overall height of the bike also makes it easier to get on and off. This feature is particularly helpful for young riders who are still mastering the basics of cycling.

Q-FACTOR

Sounds overly scientific hey, but it really isn’t - most children's bikes share the same Q-factor as adult bikes, resulting in a wide, uncomfortable leg stance. YOMO bikes offer a significantly reduced Q-factor more appropriate for children, promoting a comfy, ergonomic position that's gentle on hips and knees.

Standard Delivery (Mainland UK) 3–4 business days:

We aim to deliver your bike within 3–4 business days. Standard delivery is on us — no extra cost for Mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

Express Delivery (Mainland UK ) 1–2 business days:

Need it faster? Choose Express Delivery at checkout for £15.

Order before 3pm for next day dispatch. We’ll dispatch your bike the next working day after your order is placed. Once dispatched, next working day delivery applies.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays.

Northern Ireland:

Delivery is by standard service only, with a flat fee of £25.

Express delivery is not available.

Whether your bike arrives damaged, develops a fault, isn’t quite right, or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ll do our best to make the return process easy and straightforward.


➠ RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Here’s what we ask:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Please Contact Us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund. Please allow a few days for this to reflect in your account.


➠ RETURNING A DAMAGED ITEM

We take great care when packing your order, but sometimes damage can happen during transit.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We’ll offer a solution you’re happy with
  • In cases of minor cosmetic damage, we may offer a partial refund or discount if you'd prefer to keep the item


➠ RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM

If your bike or accessory arrives with a fault, or develops one during use:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable solution
  • For minor faults, we can often send out replacement parts to fix the issue quickly

Note: Faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, crashing, poor maintenance, general wear and tear, or improper repairs are not covered as manufacturing faults.

  • The cost of returning a bike is usually £25–£30
  • Please ensure the bike is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit
  • Contact us to arrange a collection through our courier

YOMO Bikes are built to last, and we back that up with a solid warranty:

  • Lifetime warranty on frames and forks (for original owner)
  • 1-year warranty on all other components, covering manufacturing faults
